Christmas is just around the corner, and this year people are in need of some festive holiday spirit more than ever- which is where Exquisite Catering comes in!

We’re here to give delicious holiday foods for every and any type of celebration and help you prepare for the holidays ahead of time. This year has been crazy enough- take the stress out of holiday prep, and lean on Exquisite Catering for the help you need.

While this year may look different than ever before, there are still safe and exciting ways that you can celebrate the season with the ones you love. From small family gatherings to office celebrations, we are offering menus that are fit for all.

Our holiday favorites are sure to make everyone at your table happy- and full! Start off with an appetizer- your choice of a garden salad with house made balsamic vinaigrette dressing or a gourmet Caesar salad with shaved parmesan and garlic croutons. Then, indulge in our slow roasted prime rib or grilled filet of beef, with featured sides of roasted fingerling potatoes, baby vegetable medley, and assorted fresh baked dinner rolls and butter.

Want to customize your meal? We also have a honey mustard cedar plank salmon available (for $49.99). Additional menu items, as well as dessert options, are also available upon request. We’re here to make your ideal Christmas menu!

For in-person events, our staff will pass out food, with masks and gloves as well as hand sanitizer stations throughout the event. If you opt for a buffet-style for a small gathering, we will have a single staff member that will serve everyone, wearing full protection. Cocktail parties include bamboo cones, fry baskets, and individual mini cheese boards.

We are also offering individually packaged foods as well to ensure maximum safety and comfort to our clients and their guests.

We can also incorporate traditional holiday items with our Latin menu to create the ultimate holiday meal.
