The first day was an assortment of sandwiches and salads and the second day was a hot meal consisting of chicken parmesan, pasta, and salad. Both deliveries were on time, set up well, and accompanied by cutlery and paper products. After a previous caterer fell through, I saw Exquisite's name on a list of preferred vendors for Florida International University and gave them a call a week before my event. I'm so glad I did. The food was good (and plentiful). The event staff were kind, engaging, helpful, punctual, and focused on delivering a warm welcome for my guests. The sales staff were helpful, accommodating, and quick to respond to all my questions. Reasonable pricing, too. Highly recommend!
