I attended a private event in Davie, FL. We were about 350 people in attendance. The event was catered by Exquisite Catering. What a success the meal was.
Salads were cold and hot food was hot. Each buffet came with an attendant constantly serving the customers while maintaining the cleanliness of the buffet. The people were impressed and so was I. The food was excellent!
